1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Evora Nepal. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Products & Information

We try to show product names, sizes, images and descriptions accurately. Packaging may change from time to time and colours may look slightly different on screen. Product information is for general guidance and is not medical advice.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (Rs.) and are the maximum retail price (MRP) including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed with you at the time of order applies.

4. Placing Orders

Orders are placed by WhatsApp, phone or through our sales team. An order is accepted once we confirm it with you. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the details provided are incomplete, or delivery is not possible to your location.

5. Cash on Delivery

Most orders are paid by cash on delivery. Please check your order when it arrives and pay the delivery person the confirmed amount. Distributors and institutions may agree separate payment terms with our sales team.

6. Delivery

We deliver within our service areas in Nepal. Delivery times and charges depend on your location and are confirmed when you order. Delays can happen due to weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

7. Returns & Replacements

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. We will replace a product if:

• it arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, and you tell us within 3 days of delivery; or
• it is faulty, and you share a photo and the batch details printed on the pack.

Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a replacement.

8. Distributors & Business Customers

Pricing, credit, minimum order quantities and territories for distributors, retailers and institutions are agreed separately in writing and take priority over these terms where they differ. See our Distribution page to apply.

9. Using This Website

The Evora name, logo, product images and content on this website belong to Evora Nepal. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Liability

Please use products as directed on the pack. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
